Burdell B. Querin, 75, of Norwalk and formerly of Monroeville, died Saturday afternoon, March 1, 2008, in Fisher-Titus Medical Center, Norwalk.
He was born Feb. 22, 1933, in Bellevue to Orson and Maryee (Frederick) Querin, now deceased. He was employed by Rotary Printing and Lakeshore Business Forms. He was a U.S Air Force veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by his ex-wife, Barbara Querin of Norwalk; four daughters, Maryee (William) Braddock and Kathy (James) Bischoff, both of Bellevue, Laura Querin of Norwalk and Diane Querin (Keith) of Huron; two sons, Donald (Debi) Querin of Willard and John (Tammy) Querin of Bellevue; grandchildren, Jennifer, Nathan, Michelle Bischoff, Michael and Amanda Braddock, Matt (Kayla) and Josh Querin; a sister, Colletta Taylor of Indianapolis; and a brother, Jerry Querin of Monroeville.
He was preceded in death by his sisters, Bonnie Balduff, Mary Long and Marlene Sign; a brother, John Querin; and son-in-law, Mark Hale.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Riverside Cemetery, Monroeville with the Rev. Fred Wiechers, pastor of St. Peter Lutheran Church, Norwalk, officiating.
Contributions may be made to the family to be used for a local veteran’s memorial.
