Dianne Erickson Doyle, of Norwalk, died of a heart attack, Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2008, while vacationing in Savannah, Ga.

She attended Sandusky High School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She worked as a fashion model in New York City before marrying Kevin Doyle and moving to Norwalk 45 years ago. She was a member of the Rotary Annes. She volunteered for the March of Dimes, the American Heart Association, and St. Mary Church.

She is survived by her husband, Kevin Doyle of Norwalk; by her sons and daughter-in-law, Kevin Doyle Jr. of New York City, and Charlie and Lori Doyle of Norwalk; her daughter and son-in-law, Kerry Doyle Waite and Dylan Waite of Chicago, Ill.; two grandchildren; and sister, Lynn and brother, Jack, both of Sandusky.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thurston Erickson; mother, Mary Overmyer; stepfather, V.E. Overmyer; and sisters, Ann and Sherrill.

Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday in Walker Funeral Home, 98 W. Main St. Norwalk. A memorial mass will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. Mary Catholic Church, 38 W. League St., Norwalk.
