Camile Brittany Myers, 17, of Sandusky, passed away unexpectedly early Monday, Jan. 28, 2008.
She was born Sept. 24, 1990, in Sandusky. She was a junior at Perkins High School, was a three-year letter winner in soccer and participated in track and Girl Scouts. Camile was a member of St. Stephen United Church of Christ.
She is survived by her father, Mark Myers; mother, Kay Cee Berkey; brother, Benjamin Myers; sister, Tara Myers; paternal grandparents, Charles and Glenda Myers; maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Christine (Fischer) Berkey; great-grandmother Evelyn Berkey; uncles and aunts, Chuck and Ann Myers, Tim and Beth Myers, Ronald Gilbert and Lynnette Berkey; many great-uncles and great-aunts; special friends; and Cleo.
She was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandparents, Glen and Elaine Myers; maternal great-grandparents, Edward Berkey and John and Catherine Fischer.
Friends may call from 3-9 p.m. Wednesday in Groff Funeral Home, 1607 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Stephen United Church of Christ, 905 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky. The Rev. Rob Patton will officiate. Burial will be in Scott Cemetery, Huron.
