Neva Irene Pugh, 74, of Sandusky, died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2008, in Lutheran Memorial Home, after a lengthy illness.
She was born Dec. 9, 1933, in Hebron, W.Va., a daughter of the late Fred B. and Florence (McPeters) Lamp. Neva loved painting and quilting and was a member of the Lutheran Church in Sandusky.
She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She is survived by a son, David (Charlotte) Pugh of Sandusky; a daughter, Diane (Hector) Tirado of Lancaster, Pa.; three grandchildren, Sara Didion of Sandusky, Misty Tirado of Lancaster and Michelle (Arick) Alston of Lancaster; two great-grandchildren, Richard Rosas Jr. and Isabel Alston; three sisters, Leota Sharrock of Lynn, Ind., Nila Jean Winland of St. Marys, W.Va., and Beulah Colvin of Estel Springs, Tenn.; a brother, Martin Lamp of Southington, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Fred B. "Jack" Lamp, and two sisters, Edwina Gregg and Ethel Mae Lough.
Services were Saturday at Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, with Pastor Terry Lough officiating. Interment was in Maple Lane Masonic Cemetery, Hebron. She will be greatly missed.
