Kalliopi "Kay" Morris, 77, of Sandusky, died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2007, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio.
She was born Jan. 30, 1930, to Yianni and Angeliki Amorgeanos in Fourni, Greece. She married Phillip Morris, when they came to the United States, in 1955; he preceded her in death in 1974. She was an active member of the VFW and American Legion, and enjoyed attending garage sales and Greek dancing.
She is survived by her sons, Nick (Tonya) Morris of Spartanburg, N.C., John (Pam) Morris of Bloomington, Ill.; grandchildren, Ryan (Anne), Philip, Mitchell, Caleb; and great-grandchildren, Macie and Reid.
Funeral services were January 2, 2007, at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Toledo. Interment was in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Bloomington.
