Harold "Kevin" Perrin, 52, of Bellevue passed away Monday, Nov. 12, 2007, at his home after a valiant battle with cancer.

He was born on April 28, 1955, in Bellevue to Ralph and Eileen (Queen) Perrin, now deceased. Kevin married his loving wife, Denise (Johnson), on April 24, 1982, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Bellevue. Kevin graduated from Bellevue High School in 1973 and in 1976 graduated from the Medical College Paramedic School. He was employed for 29 years (1976-2005) with the Sandusky County EMS, and three years (1973-76) with Foos Funeral Home. He was a member of the National Rifle Association, National Wild Turkey Federation, OPBA, Club Amer-Ital, Eagles 490, VFW 1238 of Bellevue and 2145 of Clarion, Pa.

Kevin was a very caring and giving person. He is remembered for being a loving husband and father. In 1977 he met the love of his life, best friend, and wife, Denise. He adored his son and daughter and was always there for them. Kevin was always there to help friends and family when something needed to be done. He helped with many dinners at Club Amer-Ital, Eagles and VFW. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He enjoyed hunting, especially turkey and deer. His favorite place was his "cabin" in Clarion, Pa., where he hunted and spent time with his family and friends. Kevin enjoyed boating, fishing and swimming. He loved the outdoors. He lived his life to the fullest.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Denise of Bellevue; a daughter, Stephanie of Bellevue; a son, Sean of Bellevue; two brothers, Jeffery Perrin of Kalaheo, Hawaii, and Christopher Perrin of Sandusky; father-in-law, Glenn Wahlers of Castalia; sister-in-law, Gail (Tom) Miller of Port Clinton; brother-in-law, Gary Wahlers of Columbus; aunts, Helen Shearon and Genevieve Suter; nieces, Betsy (Jeremy) Liechty, Holly (Scott) Flueckiger, Kelly Perrin and Christian and Caitlin Perrin.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Eileen Perrin; mother-in-law, Betty (Johnson) Wahlers; uncles, George (Quake) Queen, Joe Disandis and Howard Shearon; aunts, Dorothy (Queen) Disandis and Helen (Queen) Barman; and grandparents, Ivan and Edna Perrin and Victor and Olivia Queen.

Friends will be received from 2 p.m. Thursday until a memorial service at 6 p.m. officiated by the Rev. Wally Seibel at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.
