Evelyn A. Doyan, 87, of North Sandusky Street, Bellevue, passed away Friday, Nov. 2, 2007, in Bellevue Care Center, Bellevue.
She was born Aug. 30, 1920, in Thompson Twp., the daughter of the now-deceased Phillip and Mabel (Good) Dick.
Evelyn was a homemaker and caregiver, a member of Zion United Church of Christ in Fireside, the Bellevue Eagles Aerie 490 Auxiliary, Bellevue Moose Auxiliary and The Mad River Railroad Society. She loved playing bingo with her friends.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth R. Doyan of Bellevue; and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Aloysius Ambrose "Butch" Doyan, whom she married Feb. 14, 1956, in Fireside; daughter, Katherine Doyan; brothers, Orrin, Norman, Kenneth, Edward and Wilson Dick; and a sister, Mildred Dick.
Friends will be received from 4-8 p.m Sunday in Foos and Son Funeral Home, 311 W. Main St., Bellevue.
Services will be 1 p.m. Monday in Zion United Church of Christ, Fireside, 13525 E. Thompson Twp. Road 178, Bellevue. Burial will follow at Bellevue Cemetery.
