William R. Waldron, 58, of Oxford, Ohio, and formerly of Medina and Berlin Heights, died last week at his home.
He was born April 8, 1949, in Sandusky, and lived in Oxford for the last two years. He graduated from Berlin Heights High School in 1967 and Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, with a bachelors degree in physical education. He was also a computer programmer and a certified network administrator. He was a member of the Oxford Bible Fellowship Church. He enjoyed woodworking and photography and was an avid bicyclist. He also volunteered for various activities in his community.
He is survived by his parents, James and Faye (Gillespie) Waldron of Berlin Heights; two daughters, Kara Waldron and Emily Waldron of Newburgh Heights, Ohio; fianc Andy Simenz of Rittman, Ohio; sister, Faye (David) Gede of Berlin Heights; his twin brother, Robert D. (Bonnie) Waldron of Sandusky; and a niece and a nephew.
Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. Tuesday until services at 11 a.m. at Morman-Hinman-Tanner Funeral Home, 38 South St., Berlin Heights. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Berlin Heights.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Boy Scout Troop 236 in Berlin Heights, the Epilepsy Foundation, or to the donor's local humane society.
