Rose Faber, 90, of Port Clinton, died Saturday, Oct. 20, 2007, in Great Lakes Transitional Care, Sandusky.
Rose was born March 13, 1917, in Cleveland, to Martin and Rozalio (Cibray) Kelso. She married Paul Faber Dec. 8, 1951, in St. Paul Lutheran Church and he preceded her in death. She was employed at Standard Products for more than 35 years. Rose was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Port Clinton.
Survivors include her sons, James Allen Faber of Sturgis, Mich., and John Paul Faber of Euclid, Ohio; daughters, Rose Marie (Edward) Snyder of Cleveland; Nance (Gayle) French of Marion, Ohio, and Patricia Keller of Port Clinton; brother, Julies Kelso of Sandusky; and many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first and second husbands; her parents; and son-in-law, John Keller.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. Wednesday until services at 1 p.m. in St. John Lutheran Church, Port Clinton. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton.
The family suggest memorial contributions in memory of Rose be made to St. John Lutheran Church or Stein Hospice Service, Sandusky.
