Cynthia "Cindy" Marie (Majoy) Zappa, passed away Thursday, Aug. 23, 2007, in Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky.

She was born June 6,1958, in Sandusky. Cindy was privileged to be a stay-at-home mom whose whole life was her family. She graduated in 1977 from Huron High School and was married Sept. 21,1985. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, Huron.

She was involved as a liaison for both the basketball and football programs of Huron.

She is survived by her husband, Dominic "Nick"; three children, Tony, Vincent and Gina, all at home; her parents, Dominic "Tike" and Agnes (Doyle) Majoy of Huron; two sisters, Marianne (Marc) Schoen and Carolyn (Jeff) Haynes, both of Bellevue; three brothers, Mark, Kris (Brittany) and John (Hope) Majoy, all of Huron; in-laws, Dominic and the late Junne Zappa of Huron; sisters-in-law, Hallie (Randy) Glovinsky of Huron and Tracey Burdge of Westerville; brother-in-law, Jim (Dawn) Zappa of Perkins; uncles, John (Jan) Doyle of Los Alamitos, Calif., Paul (Sue) Doyle of Huntington Beach, Calif., Mike (Nancy) Doyle of Santa Rosa, Calif., Joseph "Boogs" (Bonnie), Ray (Sally), Wayne "Turk" (Betsy), Richard (Dana), and Ken (Gladys) Majoy, all of Huron, and Dan (Pat) Majoy of Boca Raton, Fla.; aunts, Betty Hiltz of Charlotte, N.C., Pat (Dick) Garton of Fountain Valley, Calif., Dolly (Curt) McCarthy of Sandusky, Gerry Will of Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif., Judy O'Connor of Westlake Village, Calif., Helen Keegan of Castalia, Anna Hardy of Huron, Patty (Paul) Blodgett of Huron, and Mavis (Frank) Triana of Vermilion; nephews, Myles, Reece, Mason and Pierce Majoy, all of Huron, Edward, Alec and Perry Haynes and Clay Schoen, all of Bellevue, Ross Glovinsky of Huron, Giovanni Zappa of Perkins and Adam Burdge of Westerville; nieces, Devin, Sydney and Halle Schoen and Hanna Haynes, all of Bellevue, Madison, Macie and Mallory Majoy and Rachel Glovinsky, all of Huron, Marina Zappa of Perkins and Josie Burdge of Westerville; and numerous cousins.

Friends may call from 3-7 p.m. Sunday in St. Peter Catholic Church Gathering Space, 430 Main St., Huron, where mass will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, with the Rev. Jeff Sikorski officiating. Burial will be at Scott Cemetery, Huron.
