Marjorie A. Danklefsen, 82, of Bellevue, passed away Saturday, Aug. 18, 2007, in Stein Hospice Care Center in Sandusky.
Mrs. Danklefsen was born June 27, 1925, in Bellevue to the now deceased Carl and Marguerite (Hergert) Klein. She was a 1943 graduate of the Bellevue High School and was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church in Bellevue. Marjorie was a life member of the Bellevue Society of the Arts, the Friends of the Library, and a former member of the Bellevue Garden Club and Tourist Club. Along with her husband, she operated the former Danklefsen Appliance in Bellevue.
Survivors include her husband, Earl G. Danklefsen, whom she married Nov. 11, 1945; a daughter, Janet Klein (Victor Dilda) of Royal Palm Beach, Fla.; son, John Eric (Stacey) Danklefsen of Curtis; four grandchildren, Matthew, Jill, Aaron and Jeffery; and one great-grandson, Dylan; and her brother, Robert Klein, of Lakeside.
She was preceded by a sister, Winifred Wagner; and a brother, Edgar Klein.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday in Auxter Funeral Home, 1105 Castalia St., Bellevue. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. John's Lutheran Church, Bellevue. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.
