Marcia Ann Beal, 61, of Elliott Street, Fremont, passed away Sunday, Aug. 12, 2007, in Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky.
She was born Sept. 7, 1945, in Fremont to Richard H. and Harriet Odessa (Weiker) Beal. She attended Fremont Ross High School. Marcia worked at St. Bernadine Convent as a nursing assistant. She had also worked at Memorial Hospital as a nursing assistant. She was a member of Warren AME Church. She enjoyed reading and loved to watch movies and cooking shows. Marcia loved spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Bulger of Sandusky; son, Michael Beal of Sandusky; mother, Harriet Odessa Beal of Fremont; sisters, Maxine Pullom of Fostoria, Ohio, and Odelia (Kenneth) Palmer of Sandusky; brother, Richard (Carla) Beal of Sandusky; grandchildren, Brandon, Dorian and Darin Bulger, all of Sandusky, Corey Beal of Port Clinton; and a host of nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father; sisters, Joanne Minniefield and Carolyn Alexander; and brothers, Eugene and Chester Beal.
Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Wonderly-Horvath-Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St., Fremont, where funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
