Helen J. Stewart, 79, of Norwalk, died Saturday, May 22, 2010, in University of Toledo Medical Center.
She was born April 4, 1931, in West Virginia.
Helen was a member of Maple City Church of God, and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, and planting flowers in her garden.
She is survived by her children, Mary Ann (Ora) Williams of Marshalltown, Iowa, Debra Viock, Brenda (Kenny) Conley, Ardella (Roger) Smith, Harry Stewart Jr., John Stewart and Angie (Joe) Woodyard, all of Norwalk, Pamela (Daniel "Buck") Milovanovich of Newport, N.C., Michael Stewart, Nichols, Ga., and James Stewart of Huron; stepsons, Terry Stewart and Gene Stewart of Uniontown, Pa.; 34 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; sisters, Irene Huffman and Frances Miller, and brothers, Roy Graham and Kenneth Graham, all of West Virginia, and Carmel Graham of Cambridge, Ohio; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Stewart; son, Perry Stewart; father, Perry Young; mother, Lula (Moneypenny) Graham; sister, Earlene Moss; and brothers, Bobby Graham, Dennis Graham, and Herbert Young.
Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main St., Norwalk, and from 10 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m. at Mount Harvest Church of God, 150 Ohio 113, Milan. Her sons-in-law, the Rev. Kenny Conley and the Rev. Joe Woodyard will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Norwalk.
