Marian J. Warner, 78, of Vickery, died Wednesday, July 4, 2007, in Countryside Continuing Care Center in Fremont.
Mrs. Warner was born April 22, 1929, to Ross and Edna (Karbler) Wright, now deceased. She attended Garvin School and then Fremont Ross High School, graduating in 1947. She was a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Vickery and had formerly sewed with the ladies of the church. Marian was a homemaker and helped her husband with the family farm.
Survivors include her husband, Norman "Jake" Warner, whom she married Oct. 3, 1948; a daughter, Linda (Thomas) Thorbahn of Vickery; one granddaughter, Ashley Thorbahn; and a brother, Dale (Louise) Wright of Sebring, Fla.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday in Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 S. Main St., Clyde. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Vickery, with the Rev. David Klappenbach officiating. Burial will be Parkhurst Cemetery, Clyde.
