Rolland L. Good, 61, of Hudson, Fla., and native of Sandusky, died June 6, 2007, in his home after battling cancer.
He was born July 31, 2945. He graduated from Sandusky St. Mary in 1963 and attended Bowling Green State University. He was a structural engineer for Haughton Elevator, Toledo; Flint Iron and Wire, Flint, Mich.; and Florida Steel, Tampa, Fla. before co-founding Anchor Steel in Tampa in 1981, from which he retired as vice president this year.
Mr. Good was a member of the Hudson Volunteer Fire Department and was a member of the National Rifle Association.
Mr. Good is survived by his wife, Rebecca (Wallace); daughter, Tonya (Will) Stewart of Tampa; son, Dean of Hudson; two brothers, Lawrence of Huron and Frederick of Sandusky; and two grandchildren.
Mr. Good was preceded in death by his parents, Cyril Good in 1980 and Frances (Leidorf) Good in 2006.
Services were conducted Saturday at Dobies Funeral Home, Hudson, by the Rev. Collins of St. Michael's Catholic Church, Hudson.
