John Marshall Ramon, 44, of Homestead Place, Toledo, passed away April 17, 2007, in his residence.
He was born Jan. 23, 1963, in Bellevue, the son of Ruben (Elyse) Ramon of Bellevue and Mary Ann (Bollenbacher)(Gene) Martin of Tiffin. Johnny worked for Christen & Son Roofing and was a member of Union Local 134 in Toledo. He was an avid fishermen and outdoorsmen.
Survivors include his wife, Magdalena (Pecina) Ramon, whom he married June 25, 1999, in Defiance, Ohio; sons, Jordan Michael Ramon of Ft. Myers, Fla., Juan Gabriel (Angelica) Pecina-Silvas of Colorado, Frankie (Holly) Pecina of Toledo; daughter, Paulena (Mike Lozano) Pecina of Colorado; seven grandchildren; sisters, Tanya May (Tom Turco) Ramon of Bellevue and Monica (Ben) Church of Genoa; stepsisters, Misty (Ernie) Ricker of Tiffin and Monica Martin of Sycamore.
His grandparents, Francisco and Juanita Ramon and Marshall D. and Molly Mae Bollenbacher, preceded him in death.
Friends will be received from 4-9 p.m. today in Foos and Son Funeral Home, 311 W. Main St., Bellevue, where services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, with The Rev. Keith Stripe, of Immaculate Conception Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Fireside Cemetery, Bellevue.
