Marjorie J. Hille, 70, of Sandusky, died Friday, March 2, 2007, in Firelands Regional Medical Center, Main Campus.
She was born Aug. 28, 1936, in Lindsey, Ohio, and was a graduate of Fremont Ross High School and Bowling Green State University, with a degree in elementary education. She was employed by J.C. Penney as a seamstress, also working at several area clothing stores, and teaching at many local public schools.
She is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Hoffman of Sandusky; sons, Gregg (Becky) Hille of Elyria, Ohio, and Tracy (Laurie) Hille of Sandusky; grandchildren, Jennifer Ritche and Eric and Justin Hille; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Judith Schlea of Fremont and Karol Smith of Cedar Springs, Fla.; brother, Dave Hoffman of New Jersey; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Hetrick; and sister, Georgetta Distifano.
Private family visitation and services will be held in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, Sandusky.
