MONROEVILLE
John C. Glassner, 67, of Monroeville, passed away early Friday morning, March 2, 2007, at Twilight Gardens Home in Norwalk, after a lengthy illness.
John was born May 30, 1939, in Sandusky, the son of Charles and Charlotte. He graduated from Milan High School in 1957 and was a veteran of the Marine Corps and Air Force. When he wasn’t working at Hinde-Dauch Paper Co. and later at Mack Iron he enjoyed a good time with his friends and family.
He is survived by two sisters, Paula Trimble and Helen Risk both of Monroeville; brother, Garry Wonderland of Milan; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Charlotte Wonderland; father, Charles Glassner; step-father, Charles Wonderland.
At his request, cremation has been held and there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be later.
