Judge Stacey was consistently included in the Who's Who in America.

You know I have gone before Him and I may not have agreed with what he said or did , But He always had the most respect , and I knew he has a rough job , dealing with the worse the city had to offer, but he never said anything disrepectifull
As a Judge I would have to say that he was the most honest and caring Judge this city has had in a long time .,
I seen him at drug mart and it was very refreshing to see him and I had to say hi and talk to him , I know he said that with all the crap the city was going through he was glad to be retired , and this was just ashort time after the misunderstanding that took place down at city hall .And I know the city will mis him as well
My prayers are with the family and I know they will miss him as I will .

Having been a long time member of the Sandusky area law enforcement community, I have nothing but respect for Judge Stacey. He had a "guiding hand" in my law enforcement career. He will be missed.
