* Lowell "Buggs" Kirby, 64, of Port Clinton, Ohio died Friday, September 3, 2010 at Briarfield of Sandusky. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Tuesday until funeral services at noon in Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, 1124 Fulton St., Port Clinton.
