PERKINS POLICE WEDNESDAY, OCT. 19 4:24 p.m. - 3700 block Campbell St., two soccer mom vans collided in school parking lot while waiting in line to pick up children, one driver was known for impatience, "Mrs. Pickens is often aggressive while waiting in line to pick up the children, beeping her horn, cutting off other parents and shouting obscenities,' the report said. Children Services won't do a thing about substance abuse because "If we took every child out of homes were there is substance abuse, we would have every child in Erie County in custody" ..... Yes, that IS a direct quote.
