SANDUSKY POLICE MONDAY, OCT. 17 4:43 p.m. - 300 block Fulton St., 12-year-old boy sat on library steps, three girls walked up, called him a "stalker' and a "perv,' told him to leave or they'd start swinging, boy said it was a public space he didn't have to go anywhere, girls hit him several times.
