PERKINS POLICE SATURDAY, OCT. 15 3:11 p.m. -- 4300 block Milan Road, 16-year-old girl caught on camera attempting to steal a ring valued at $90. She initially lied to police about her identity and was carrying a knife, razor blade and miscellaneous pieces of metal.
