PERKINS POLICE
WENESDAY, JUNE 8
5:21 p.m. - Speedway Gas, 2902 Milan Road, Kurtis J. Stanley, 19, 100 block N. Pleasant Drive, Norwalk, charged with disorderly conduct after having a heated argument on his cell phone with his girlfriend. He told officers his girlfriend just broke up with him.

Simply unbelievable! Arrest someone for having an agrument on their phone?
Depends on his location if he was in the middle of a store. then yeah, It's not private if you're out in public..
That's why they used to have phone booths
Also depends on if he was close to a gas pump when he was talking. I am not for sure, but I heard it could be unsafe.
Someone likely called the police on him because he appeared to be a raving lunatic . Normally people would not air their dirty laundry so audibly in public with such disregard . Then again , what passes for normal around here is relative .
All i can think of is He should have rolled the windows up...Wow ive overheard alot of angry cell phone conversation and never even imagined to call the police on them..Someone has no life i guess
