4000 block of Venice Road, woman said ex-boyfriend still was receiving her mail, including a letter her new boyfriend had sent her from jail, which ex-boyfriend read, ripped up, threw away, then texted her to tell her what he did.

Change of address at the post office is required. If mail comes to YOUR house and the person does not live there, You are free to do with it whatever you want. Call the post office and ask them if you don't believe me.
