A few photos shot at Saturday's 2013 Polar Plunge event in Sandusky.
Check back soon for videos and more photos!
What a great group of people (much braver or crazier than myself lol) taking the plunge for such a good cause!!!!
Absolutely and many thanks to all the volunteers who made this happen!
Great job everyone thanks for supporting the Special Olympics. If the water was 24 degrees wouldn't it be frozen?
The top portion is 24 degrees. The lower parts remain at 34 degrees. Ice actually forms on the pool between the time it is filled, and when the plungers jump in. And your right HappyCamper. They all are crazy.
