Is that the piece of land up by the parking/Admission Gates? The article was pretty vague.

I am thinking the piece up by the last corner before paying for parking.

I believe its the island between the high bridge and the bridge just before the toll both on the Causeway. The aerial photo in the article looks to have been taken before the Causeway was built.
