1:30 a.m. — 200 block Water St., bar fight broke out, beer bottle smashed on man’s head, other man bled from mouth, nose and other cuts on face, witness said it started over girlfriend; Liam Galvin, 21, 300 block Miami Place, Huron, disorderly conduct; Royce Lemar, 21, 300 block Berlin Road, disorderly conduct; Joseph Moffitt, 30, first block Milan Ave., Monroeville, disorderly conduct; Kyle Tuttle, 21, 5800 block Bilings Road, Castalia, disorderly conduct.
