4000 block Venice Road, man upset because his daughter didn’t come home. He allegedly gave police an hour after originally reporting the incident to find her, or else he’d have to “suit up” and “take care of the situation.” Police found the girl at her boyfriend’s house. She claimed to have fallen asleep there.

Sounds more like "SuperDad" to me.

Now why couldn't the Register choose something more interesting to post as their blotter story. Surely, someone was doing something more heinous that this.
