I hope the find the rat that stuck this poor soul.  When they do, I hope they make him either sit by this poor man's bed side every day, or pay for his care until he is well.  Then take care of him until he can get around.  Sleep walking is a terrible problem but a hit and run is a cowardly thing.  SFB's deserves whatever he gets.

7:25 p.m.?  it's too early to be sleeping.  it's still light out so how could the driver of the car not see him?  i don't believe this story any farther than that men was thrown when he was hit.
