Local police respond every day to heated and unusual situations. The following is one item pulled from the daily police blotter. SANDUSKY POLICE SATURDAY, APRIL 7 7:58 p.m. -- Wayne and East Madison streets, James J. Gosser, 54, 100 block E. Madison St., operating a vehicle under the influence, driving at slow speed. He was stopped for driving 5-10 mph, had cooler of beer in car.

Crap, my car won't go that slow. I even have trouble with it doing 20 in a school zone, and with the streets that the speed limit is 25. I think all streets should be at least 35 MPH.

Just didn't want it to foam up when he opened one...........................they'd have gotten pretty shook up on some of our streets if he went too fast.
