Local police respond every day to heated and unusual situations. The following is one item pulled from the daily police blotter.
SANDUSKY POLICE
THURSDAY, JAN. 5
5:46 p.m. - 1900 block of Cleveland Road, three girls, 6, 7 and 8 years old, tried checking into a hotel room with a bag of change; in the meantime father reporter them missing, officers found them walking along Cedar Point Road, said they were "looking for an adventure;" officer took them home.

I guess making a tent out of a broom a mop and a blanket just doesn't cut it anymore for that age group! How sad.
Maybe they were looking for Finn and Jake ?

Perhaps a reduction is allowance next week???? Or a bank account?? But definitely a strict talk about NOT taking a walk on the wild side, at least not until the age of say......FIFTY.
