Local police respond every day to heated and unusual situations. The following is one item pulled from the daily police blotter. PERKINS POLICE FRIDAY, NOV. 25 9:52 p.m. - 500 block W. Perkins Ave., telecommunications harassment. A woman, 48, bought toilet paper from a convenience store. When arriving home, she received a telephone call from an unknown person asking to receive some toilet paper because he needed it "real bad."
