POLICE SUNDAY, NOV. 20 4:16 p.m. - 4200 block Milan Road, woman bought anti-virus software for $60, program wouldn't upload correctly, the next day it went on sale for $20, she went to store asked for refund, manager laughed, cops told manager woman planned to picket at store, manager refunded full amount, destroyed software. Good for her. To many times, people buy junk and then have to eat it. AND, to have it go on sale the next day is really adding salt to the wound.
