Who is liable if a dog running loose bites me or a family member?

Greetings! I have a rental property next to me that is only partially fenced. It is wide open down both sides of the lot with an opening on my side along my drive and back yard. The tenants have dogs which they leave out to run and do their duties unleashed in the back yard. My question is, if one of these dogs (God Forbid) come after me or one of my family members either knocking us down or bites one of us can the landlord be liable as well as the tenant? Thank You! Why don't Perkins police patrol by Furry School anymore?

Why do the Perkins Police no longer patrol the corner of Didion and Randal at the end of the Furry School day? Cars are parked on both roads right in front of the No Parking Signs every day. In the past, the Police ticketed cars for this and even warned the parents NOT to park there or else! It makes life very difficult when trying to maneuver that area at the end of school. Do you know how I can have fasnacht kuechles for Lent?

Many years ago, Smith’s Bakery (in Columbus/Strub shopping center) would make Fasnacht Kuechles during Lent. These where a cross between a yeast doughnut and an elephant ear. They were BIG with no jelly anywhere to be found (sorry, not a paczki fan). Although they closed a while back, I still crave these as Lent approaches. Any idea of someone local who would produces these or would be familiar with the recipe? Please help! — Sugar Addict on Schiller

If Perkins is so strapped for cash, why the new township hall?

I'm confused! Perkins Township had plenty of money to start to build a new township hall a couple years back and now they are claiming to be nearly broke. What am I missing here? Where's the dough? — Greg on Perkins Avenue

Why is there a Perkins cruiser at Steak n' Shake?

I am just wondering why a Perkins Police Department cruiser is parked outside of Steak N' Shake on Rt 250. I drive out there in the afternoon every other day and have been seeing it in the parking lot. Today I drove to Kalahari and drove back into town 3 hours later and the #2 cruiser was still there. — Bob from Sandusky
