Are there flooding issues in Norwalk?

I have properties on Grand Avenue that are flooding from sewer problems. Is the city of Norwalk aware of this? What are they doing to solve this? Dennis in Norwalk

Norwalk public works director Josh Snyder provided the following response:

No complaints from Grand Avenue or in that general area on floods of 2-28-11 or 10-30-12, as those were the last two significant rains that generated complaints. City staff reports that storm water generated on-site is causing the problem and needs to be drained to nearby public storm sewers, as they are available both East and South of said property. Auditor’s site shows Willard Rentals as the owner.

I don't think any storm water is "generated on-site". I think it falls from the sky.

Ordained by, and from god.
