Where are SPARC's shuttle shelters?

Revisiting a question asked numerous times in 2013

We frequently fielded questions about when the shuttle shelters would pop up along Sandusky's public transportation routes.

Sandusky engineer Aaron Klein said there's a deal in place to have them installed by February.

On a related note, all Sandusky Transit services — including SPARC routes — are not running today because of the weather. The buses should be running on their respective routes starting Wednesday.

The Mailbag is a daily feature on sanduskyregister.com. Each weekday at noon, we will post one question from a reader and answer it. To ask a question, send a letter to The Mailbag at 314 W. Market St., or email mailbag@sanduskyregister.com. Please include your first name and a location in the email, e.g. “John from Decatur Street."
