What's happening with the Tracy Albright case?

I haven't heard anything about charges being filed in Tracy Albright's death from the crash in Bellevue. Can we please get an update on this story? Emily from Bellevue

Norwalk troopers from the Ohio State Highway Patrol are waiting on lab test results to show them if any drugs or alcohol are detected in a blood sample taken from driver Morgan Jevec, 24, of Massillon, whose accused of causing the crash.

Troopers have said, however, there's no question charges will be filed. The test results will just determine how severe those charges are.

Test results can take up to six weeks, depending on how many tests are ongoing at the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigations lab.

Albright, 36, died on Sept. 17.

Stop It

The guy that caused the accident is free on bond. I wonder if the cops know where he is?
