The Sandusky Memorial Day celebration kicks off at 9 a.m. Monday at the Ohio Veteran's Home, located at 3416 Columbus Ave.

The parade — starting from the Ohio Veterans Home, heading north on Milan Road and culminating in Oakland Cemetery — tentatively starts at 10 a.m.

Castalia/Margaretta has a ceremony also.

Parade kicks off about 9:30 (IIRC) behind the Fire Department, with a stop at the Veteran's Memorial then on to the cemetery.

The Daughter's of The Revolution, MHS Band, and Boy Scouts make it well worth attending.
