Completely off topic. But on that note, nobody is forcing employees to work there. If you don't like your job, you are free to leave it to seek other employment. Unfortunately, the mentality in this area of Ohio is that you should be paid union scale for even the most menial of jobs, and then only be required to the bare minimum for it. Another nonsensical comment from a supporter of the lazy, entitled class.

I don't work there. I know people that have worked there. Everyone is entitled to be treated like a human being, paid a fair wage and not have to be exposed to prison-like working conditions just so the owner can go on safari shopping trips.
