Sandusky Bay Rowing Association continues to take steps forward

Not long ago — actually less than a week ago — I had a very basic understanding of the sport of rowing. 

Long, skinny boat. Oars. How hard could it be?

Last Tuesday, I made my way to the Sandusky Bay Rowing Association's boathouse to find out.

The city of Sandusky is cash-strapped once again.

The city wants to either increase the income tax or increase the admissions tax to Cedar Point, or both. Why penalize city residents or Cedar Point visitors?
