I would like to know who to contact about cutting the weeds on Ohio 2 near the intersection of West Strub and Old Railroad Road. My elderly mother lives on Old Railroad Road and travels on Strub Road weekly. Today she told me she wanted to go down and cut the weeds herself because when she comes home she is having trouble seeing past the weeds. I think I talked her out of that for now. But being that there was a fatality at that intersection a couple weeks ago, I would think someone would look into a cause, other than blaming it on the age of the driver. Is it possible to dig out more room under Ohio 2? Also look into lowering the speed limit when approaching Strub or/and putting up a hidden drive sign. Something needs to be done soon before there is another accident. Brenda via Facebook

Admittedly, I’m floating right above and below it depending upon my water weight from day-to-day, but nonetheless, what a great feeling.
