Local authorities said a man's body was found floating in the water just north of Kelleys Island. A boater discovered the floating body at about 2 p.m. Sunday. The U.S. Coast Guard then located the body, but the person was unresponsive to life-saving techniques, said Gabriel Settel, U.S. Coast Guard petty officer stationed in Detroit.
