Q: Isn't there an ordinance or law in the city of Sandusky that states that dog owners have to clean up after their dogs while walking them? There are plenty of people in my neighborhood that don't have dogs but are cleaning up dog mess from their yards. - Lucy from Wayne Street.

Q: I've noticed an influx of SUVs being used by police departments all over the state. Often these large SUVs are only carrying one police officer, and very seldom equipped to handle an offender in the back. Q: Some years ago while remodeling a house I bought from my grandmother, I found a box of letters in the attic appearing to be from WWII. Included was a Bronze Star medal, medal of efficiency, a German cross and other military bars.
