Q: Dear Mailbag, I have to be at work early. It's pretty gray and dark then. I get to my first stop sign. It's foggy and drizzling and I can't even see the gray car coming down the gray road. I thought there was a law that said if it's raining you use your lights. Many do not and I haven't heard of a single ticket issued for not using lights. Is it still the law? - Eric on U.S. 250 in Milan.

Q: I think the appearance of some properties that tourists see on their way to Cedar Point are giving our town a bad name. The absolute worst is the Cool Waves building on Cleveland Road. The sign is busted, there are broken neons on the building, lots of weeds, and it looks to be in bad shape. Can anything be done to alleviate these eyesores? –Bill on Boalt Street

Another writer states FRMC is for profit. Even the employees I talk to don't know. Which is it? - Mark in Castalia

Q: I was wondering what city laws Sandusky has pertaining to barking dogs. A neighbor recently threatened to call the police after my dog was outside for about 5 minutes barking at 4 p.m. in the afternoon. I try my best to be respectful of me neighbors and bring him in as fast as I can. I was just wondering if there were any laws I might be violating. Thank you very much! - Mac from Sandusky
