Intense, focused, motivating force. My personal trainer Ken Cutcher of Anytime Fitness in Perkins Township is all of those things. I can get pretty whiny and he just blows it off. I love that about him.

On Thursday morning I facilitated a forum that explained programs that insulate homes for free, give rebates on energy conservation and devise and give subsidies on electric and natural gas.

The newsroom constantly works to develop new products, and on Friday we decided to cover a mock disaster in Perkins Township.

When you stop and think about it, we do a lot of stuff. Matt Westerhold likes to point out that we put out a full-length book every day. And that's just the printed newspaper!

The decision has been tabled.

Oooooh.  Cracker, I'ma hold you to it!  Start wearing boxers, just in case.  They get less sweaty and would probably be easier to chew than cotton tighty-whities.

I usually take the night off and ride my bike downtown to watch the show. It is much easier getting home on two wheels than on four.
