An overturned semi-trailer has blocked traffic coming into Port Clinton from Ohio 2. The driver of the truck is OK, but the wreck has closed the westbound ramp onto East Perry Street in Port Clinton. Traffic is still moving down the eastbound ramp. UPDATE: As of 5 p.m. the ramp was still closed, according to Ohio State Highway Patrol. Check back for updates.
