Q: Once again, I was almost hit by a car turning right out of the Veteran's Home onto Columbus Avenue when I was turning left from Dewitt. I realize they're turning right, but don't I have the right of way since I am turning from one road to another and they are turning from a private driveway? Even the Veteran's Home vans do it.
