Excerpt from today's Viewpoint editorial, May 9, 2012: We're concerned this study is simply a means to justify the ends, and the $3.4 million price tag will pay for conclusions already reached before the study even commences. We're also simply disappointed that politics and gamesmanship seem to be the top priority here over responsible stewardship of taxpayer money.
