• Kathryn A.L. Friedley, 98, of Sandusky, and formerly of Castalia, died Friday afternoon, Feb. 3, 2012, in Lutheran Memorial Home following a 10-year battle with Parkinson’s disease. Arrangements are pending at Pfeil Funeral Home, Sandusky Chapel.

• Sandra S. Baker, 70, of Fremont, died Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012, in Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7, and from 9 a.m. Wed., Feb. 8, until funeral services at 11 a.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St., Fremont.
